Industrial lifting systems
Zella Cranes engineers, builds and installs lifting systems for industrial plants — bridge cranes, monorails, jib cranes and custom devices, sized to the job they will actually do.
What we build
Each system is engineered around the loads, the building and the duty cycle it will serve:
- Bridge cranes (carroponte) for industrial buildings and bays
- Monorail systems for defined handling routes
- Jib cranes for workstation and localized handling
- Custom lifting devices, grippers and protection equipment for specific loads and installations
- A complete range of lifting accessories, supplied within agreed delivery terms
Installation and commissioning
Correct installation is part of the machine's safety. We install and commission the systems we manufacture, verify alignment and behaviour of runways and rails, test the equipment — including load tests where required — and hand over the machine with its documentation and instructions.
The machinery framework
Machinery placed on the market in the EU must meet the applicable health and safety requirements and carry CE marking. The governing framework is currently Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive); Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 on machinery will replace it, applying from 14 January 2027. New systems we manufacture are designed and documented to the framework in force at the time they are placed on the market.
